Keeping with the theme of good [free] reading, Microsoft has released a pretty decent free ebook on Windows 7. "Deploying Windows 7: Essential Guidance from the Windows 7 Resource Kit" is 332 pages, most of which was taken from Mitch Tulloch's Windows 7 Resource Kit. Microsoft's Windows Resource Kits are notorious for having great content.
