If you read my article on Customizing the TSWeb Connection page, then this .htm file is the fruit of that article. Most of the customizations I go over in the doc are in this file. You can simply replace the Microsoft-supplied default.htm file with this one. Always remember to back up the original in case you run into problems...

You can also download the entire TSWEB site supplied by Microsoft from my site, with the default.htm file already incorporated. Again, right-click on the link below and select "Save target as..." Then unzip the contents to a directory under your \wwwroot (I use TSWEB).
